Jeanette has invested over 20 years in pursuit of her professional passion- guiding individuals of all ages in discovering their inner strengths. Jeanette individualizes treatment, focusing on each person’s unique ability to adapt and change to the challenges in life. Jeanette has training in Motivational Interviewing, CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, DBT (dialectic behavioral therapy), guided imagery and self-relaxation, and play therapy. With training from Gonzaga University and the University of Utah, Jeanette has experience in working with individual therapy, couples, families, children, groups, as well as treatment for those challenged by health issues. Helping to improve relationships, recovering from grief, trauma, divorce, and postpartum depression are special interests.
