Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging
Highland Springs cultivates a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone belongs. We believe that welcoming differences strengthens us. At Highland Springs, we instill diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) into our strategic priorities and core values through collaboration, communication, innovation, and education. Highland Springs promotes DEIB by seeking ways to celebrate and honor our differences and the power that comes from them. Highland Springs consistently reviews these initiatives to ensure that we weave DEIB into the fabric of our communities.
