Mackenzie Passey – Executive Director

Kenzie has been working in the mental health field for over four years. Kenzie started as an office specialist and worked her way up from direct client care to operational leadership and business administration. Over the years, Kenzie has gained a love and appreciation for the power of behavioral health and the positive impact it has on clients and their lives. Kenzie’s favorite part about Highland Springs Specialty Clinics is the amazing team of hardworking staff dedicated to helping others everyday. In her free time Kenzie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and reading a good book.

Catherine Priest – Clinic Manager HSSC Holladay and Layton

Catherine “Katie” Priest is the Clinic Manager at Highland Springs Specialty Clinic in Holladay and Layton. Katie’s worked with Highland Springs for over 8 years. Katie loves working in Behavioral health and being part of an amazing team, focused on client care. In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, photography, camping and being at the lake.

Rob Dickerson – Clinic Manager HSSC Riverton

Rob Dickerson is the Clinic Manager at the Highland Springs Specialty Clinic in Riverton. Rob grew up in Alabama and has lived in Utah since 2002. Rob is a seasoned manager with a focus on sales and marketing. Rob previously worked in Business, but felt the need to work in healthcare from a young age. A big reason he chose to work at Valley was due to the focus on diversity and acceptance of employees and clients alike. When he’s not at work or school Rob enjoys reading, studying philosophy and history, and playing disc golf. He is completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration at Utah Valley University in Spring 2023

Mariah Norton – Clinic Manager HSSC American Fork

Mariah Norton is the Clinic Manager at the Highland Springs Specialty Clinic in American Fork. Mariah grew up in Colorado and has lived in Utah since 2019. Mariah is a dedicated manager who strives to give her clients at American Fork the best experience as soon as they step into the clinic. Mariah started as front desk, and with her ambition and love for healthcare administration she progressed into a leadership position. When she is not at work or school Mariah enjoys any outdoor activity, being with family, calligraphy, and reading.
