When you make the first call, we understand that you need solutions quickly. We commit to having you scheduled within a week and can usually get new clients in for an appointment within 2-3 days of the initial call. To accommodate your schedule, we also offer evening and Saturday hours for your convenience. Our front desk staff are committed to answering all your questions and assisting you in deciding on the best treatment option and the best provider for your specific concerns. We have over 45 highly experienced clinicians that specialize in different issues from childhood through seniors. We strive to match each client with the best therapist for their individual needs. Highland Springs takes the process of matching clients with the right provider very seriously since the healing process happens within the therapeutic relationship.
Once your appointment is set, our staff will verify your insurance benefits and let you know exactly what your co-payment will be. We accept a variety of private insurance plans along with all Medicare plans, however, we do not accept Medicaid. For your convenience, our billing department is on-site in order to discuss any problems with claims or statements. Our front desk will provide you with a reminder call the day before your appointment and answer any last-minute questions you may have.
After your first appointment with a therapist, our team is happy to set up an additional appointment to see one of our medication providers if you and your therapist deem medication would be helpful. We offer medication management services as an adjunct to therapy. However, we do not provide medication management only except in rare cases.
