The Highland Springs – Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a valuable benefit and resource employers may offer to their employees and workforce. Employee’s enrolled in our EAP program will receive help and support with the difficult challenges and circumstances related to work-life balance, job-related issues, mental health, family struggles, and more. While most EAP programs offer standardized services, Highland Springs EAP was founded to provide both standard and specialty services based on the employee’s need for support. Access to services is also provided through safe/private face-to-face meetings, virtual sessions through video, phone, and live chat – including telehealth therapy for care services.

This includes access to premium evidence-based well-being content like interactive programs, podcasts, and videos for each enrolled member.
