Jeanne has worked in the mental health field for more than 25 years. She is a mother, grandmother, avid outdoor enthusiast, and understands the importance of self-care. Jeanne began her career in the mental health field by working with teenagers in a wilderness program then therapeutic boarding schools. She has worked with families from all socioeconomic backgrounds. For the past 7 years she has worked as a licensed professional therapist.
Jeanne understands that being a human involves highs and lows in life and her approach to therapy is to meet you where you are on your journey to obtaining the happy, healthy life you desire. Jeanne does this by providing a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic environment to help you work through your difficulties utilizing various theoretical approaches to therapy such as Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialetical Behavioral Therapy. Jeanne has many years of experience in helping people of all ages manage stress and anxiety, cope with addictions, resolve relationship issues, & family conflicts, trauma, and many other difficulties.
