Stephanie graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She received her associates in nursing from Northern Virginia Community College and her Master’s as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Gonzaga University. She also holds a master psychopharmacologist certificate from the Neuroscience Education Institute. She is board-certified to treat patients across the lifespan and has worked with patients of all ages in her 12 years as a nurse across multiple settings. She has a strong interest in mood and anxiety disorders and has experience diagnosing and treating schizophrenia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, substance use disorders, and personality disorders. She emphasizes patient education in her practice and is focused on a patient-centered collaborative approach to treatment.
