Richard was born in New Zealand but grew up in Australia. He has been married for 42 years, has 4 kids and 11 grandchildren. He has played in a band for the past 40 years, is a songwriter and on occasion is an active emcee for Utah public events. He recently completed a full-length motion picture movie script. Prior to working at Highland Springs, he provided clinical services for United States Dept. of Justice. He has experience in private practice, DCFS foster placement, anxiety, depression, Addiction Recovery, Sexual Dysfunction, Sex Offending, Sexual Victims, Family Dysfunction Therapy. Couples Therapy. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. study in Clinical Psychology.
