Pat is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, sexual trauma, ADHD, Bipolar disorder and marriage and family problems. She especially enjoys helping parents and children/adolescents discover ways to improve their communication and overcome problems. As there is more than one solution to a problem and more than one path to healing, she uses training and experience in EMDR, Sandtray therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients find their own best way. Pat received her undergraduate degree from Utah State University and her graduate degree from Northwest Nazarene University. The joys of her life are her four incredible children and her fourteen brilliant and beautiful grandchildren.
