Matthew Barrus, LCSW

Matt uses a mindfulness-based approach coupled with powerful interventions including ACT, CBT, and EMDR. He enjoys empowering each client on their journey to find peace and self-acceptance. He has worked in private practice settings for the last several years and has experience working with men and women from a variety of backgrounds. He is skilled in treating mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and self-harm behaviors.
