Lacey has a passion for helping others with life’s problems and frustrations, in order to find peace of mind, stability, healthy relationships, and joy in this life. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adjustment issues, and trauma. Lacey is trained extensively in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), EMDR therapy, DBT, play therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). Lacey is very in tune with the needs of her clients and can adjust to a unique pace or style of an individual according to their personality. Her approaches offers a non-judgmental environment that feels safe and caring in order to find wholeness and clarity. Lacey’s methods of counseling are very versatile and can extend from reprocessing trauma, teaching new coping skills, listening to life struggles, and implementing proven techniques in order to help improve overall functioning. Lacey enjoys meeting with adults, teens, and children of all ages. Lacey graduated with her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Therapy from the University of Phoenix in 2012.
