Jessica believes in the potential and power of the individual to overcome and navigate struggles that impede peace, healing, and change. She works to create a warm, compassionate environment allowing clients to self-explore along their journey toward healing, empowerment, and self-acceptance. She has experience serving individuals who suffer from childhood sexual abuse as well as depression, loss, various anxieties such as PTSD, and other traumas. She is trained in trauma-sensitive yoga, eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and has basic training in neurofeedback. She offers services in both English and Spanish. All ages
