Jeremy Ratliff, FNP

Jeremy Ratliff is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Psychiatry. He earned his Graduate degree at Brigham Young University and his undergraduate degree at Utah Valley University. He has 14 years of undergraduate hospital experience, 8 of which include time as a Registered Nurse in Cardio-Thoracic and Neurological Intensive Care units. He has graduate experience across the lifespan in the diagnosis and treatment of all ages with an emphasis in community mental health including posttraumatic stress disorder, substance abuse disorders, mood disorders, attention deficit hyperactive disorder and anxiety disorders. He utilizes evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes and provide comprehensive care while demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and understanding.
