My name is Kali and I’m an LCSW committed to helping individuals learn how to have a better relationship with themselves and their mental health. I have been practicing for 2.5 years and I specialize in depression, anxiety, bipolar, some personality disorders and addiction.
Talking about mental health and trauma can be intimidating and hard but I believe laughter can help make it easier and I like to include laughter in my sessions, along with modalities like CBT, MI, ACT, and DBT. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to treating mental health because you know yourself best.
