My therapeutic approach is primarily intuitive in nature, but I believe that the best therapy happens between sessions; so I occasionally offer therapy homework that is individually designed to help clients achieve their desired outcomes. This is accomplished through establishing enough hope and self-love that they can enjoy spending an entire day with themselves; thus creating their own preferred future version of themselves through our talking.
I have published two articles, one on thought management in the Ensign Magazine; and one on what forgiveness is and what it isn’t in the Liahona Magazine.
As a dream analyst, my passion professionally is dreamwork, which is a powerful source of personal insight and problem-solving. It’s been said that “A dream is the answer to a question that you have not yet learned how to ask.” Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, watching Ute football, and playing golf.
