Tucker Reynolds is a Board Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor who believes therapy should be practical, collaborative, and focused on helping people build meaningful, fulfilling lives. He works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other mental health concerns.His primary therapeutic approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based model that helps clients develop psychological flexibility and respond more effectively to life's challenges. He also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.Tucker's professional experience includes outpatient counseling, crisis intervention, and community mental health. He has a special interest in working with trauma, life transitions, and veterans, while providing compassionate and evidence-based care.He is committed to creating a supportive, engaging environment where clients can build practical skills, strengthen resilience, and move toward a life guided by their values rather than their struggles.
