She holds a Master of Public Health from UCLA and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Amberton University. Before transitioning into counseling, Alexandra spent seven years as a business analyst in the tech industry. Her work is shaped by a deep commitment to emotional intelligence, authenticity, and the healing power of connection. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and volunteering with her therapy dog, Elena.
