Compensation and Benefits
Compensation
We offer competitive starting salaries aligned with industry benchmarks and based on experience, along with scheduled service increases that reward tenure with Valley. On Demand Pay
On Demand Pay allows you access to a portion of your earned wages before the usual payday, giving you more flexibility with your personal finances.
Paid Time Off
Time off includes 15 days of annual accrued paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and 2 wellness days. Your Valley PTO increases with each year of service and rolls over based on the number of years employed.
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
We offer our full time and part time (30+ hours) team members health, dental, and vision insurance. Valley covers 80% or more of the medical copay for individuals and 75% or more of the copay for families.
Health Savings & Reimbursement Accounts
We offer a HSA account to team members who enroll in a qualified medical plan. We match up to $900 for individuals and $1800 for families per year. Our Garner Health Reimbursement Account provides reimbursement of out-of-pocket medical costs of up to $2000 for individuals and $4000 for families.
Life Insurance
We automatically enroll team members in company-paid basic life insurance, coverage is 1x your annual salary. You can always purchase additional coverage if you so choose.
